In the Celtic world there is a deep connection to the rhythms of the natural world. As we watch for the return of the sun’s light, so we long for a greater shining of Christ’s light within us and in our world. In this season of the longest night of the year we hold both the pain and struggle of humanity, as well as the beauty of our strength and courage in coming together.
